First Day Procedures 2023

Students
Will be directed to go to their new classes by the instructional leads and support staff.
Teachers
Meet new students with the class list and sign at your class line in the yard no later than 9:00 am.  LSS/MDS teachers – meet students at bus and escort to new classrooms
Information Table

(where students can get their classroom assignments)
The tables will be set up alphabetically.

The Information Tables will be in the monkey bar area.
Students not registered without escort
These students should sit on the benches by the mural. Mrs. Matthews and supporting staff will bring in the students who do not have an escort and are not registered into the main school lunchroom after admission.
Support Staff
The climate team to their deployments and direct students to their respective class lines or information table. LSS/MDS assistants/1:1’s – meet students at bus and escort to new classrooms
Administration
Will be mobile for support Thornton/Cole- LSH, Christy/Carson- Main
